For one LinkedIn account, the cheapest HeyReach alternatives are Linked Helper at $15 a month (about $8.25 on a 12-month term) and Waalaxy at $19 a month ($16 billed yearly). HeyReach's Growth plan costs $79 per sender a month, or $63 billed yearly, and most of what it charges for, such as a unified inbox across many senders, white-labeling and free team seats, matters to agencies, not to one founder. The trade-off with the cheapest options is that Linked Helper runs on your own computer and Waalaxy's cheapest plan caps you at 300 invitations a month.

Prices below come from each vendor's pricing page, checked on October 24, 2026, in US dollars unless noted.

All of these need a LinkedIn account, and many solo sellers also pay for Sales Navigator, which is a separate LinkedIn subscription.

Desktop or cloud on a budget

The biggest price gap is between desktop and cloud tools. Linked Helper is desktop software: the automation and your LinkedIn session stay on your own computer or a VPS you rent, and campaigns only run while that machine is on. Cloud tools run from the vendor's servers, so campaigns keep going on weekends and while you travel. One user in the r/LinkedInTips HeyReach thread named that as the reason they prefer cloud tools.

Neither type is automatically safer. Users in an r/b2bmarketing thread on extensions, cloud tools and standalone browsers agreed that LinkedIn reacts to behavior: too many actions, too fast, in the same pattern every day. One described standalone browser tools getting accounts flagged within a week because someone went from 0 to 150 actions a day. Our article on whether PhantomBuster is safe for LinkedIn covers the limits and ramp-up that apply to any tool.

What you give up by going cheap

  • Invitation volume. Waalaxy Pro allows 300 invitations a month, about 10 per working day. That fits a solo founder doing careful outreach. LinkedIn's own weekly cap, roughly 100 to 200 invitations depending on the account, limits the more expensive plans too; see how many connection requests you can send a day.
  • Email. Waalaxy only adds email on its $69 Business plan, and Linked Helper relies on your own email tools. If you want LinkedIn and email in one sequence, La Growth Machine Basic or Dripify Pro cost less than adding a separate sender.
  • Uptime. Desktop tools stop when your computer sleeps. A small VPS fixes that for a few dollars a month but adds setup.
  • Room to grow. If you will add a cofounder or an SDR within a few months, a tool with team features saves a second migration.

Which one to pick

  • Lowest cost, technical enough to keep an app running: Linked Helper on a 12-month term.
  • Lowest cost in the cloud, LinkedIn only: Waalaxy Pro, or Advanced if 300 invitations a month is too few.
  • LinkedIn and email from one tool: La Growth Machine Basic or Dripify Pro.
  • Planning to add senders soon: HeyReach Growth or Expandi, so you don't move twice.

What matters more than the tool

A solo founder's profile is the landing page for every invitation. People open it, read the headline and recent posts, and then decide whether to accept. A cheap tool with a strong profile beats an expensive tool sending people to an empty one. If you want your profile and posts built to turn outreach into conversations, that is what KomsGro's B2B LinkedIn content creation agency does.
