HeyReach pricing starts at $79 per sender per month on the Growth plan. The Agency plan costs $999 a month for 25 senders, and the Unlimited plan costs $2,999 a month for up to 300 senders. Paying quarterly takes about 10% off, and paying yearly takes about 20% off. A "sender" is one LinkedIn account connected to HeyReach. Team members, clients and VAs who log in to manage campaigns are free.

Billed amounts: Growth on a yearly plan is $756 per sender, billed once a year. Agency yearly is $9,590. Unlimited yearly is $28,790.
Growth plan: $79 per sender per month
Growth is the plan for in-house sales teams and founders. You pay for each LinkedIn account you connect, so one founder account costs $79 a month and five SDR accounts cost $395 a month on monthly billing.
Each Growth sender includes:
- Unlimited campaigns, with HeyReach keeping each account inside its daily limits
- All LinkedIn actions: connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes and profile views
- A unified inbox for every connected account
- A dedicated residential proxy per sender
- 100 enrichment credits per sender for finding verified emails, given once rather than every month
- Native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead for email, plus Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, Make and others
- API, webhooks and an MCP server for connecting AI agents
- Workspaces and permissions for keeping clients or teams separate
The free trial runs on this plan: 14 days, no credit card, with up to 3 LinkedIn accounts.
Agency plan: $999 per month for 25 senders
Agency adds everything in Growth plus:
- 1,000 enrichment credits (one-time allocation)
- White-labeling with your own domain and branding (one brand included)
- Done-for-you onboarding session
- A dedicated Slack channel with HeyReach's support team
The catch is proxies. Agency and Unlimited plans ask you to bring your own proxies, while Growth includes one per sender. HeyReach says it will arrange something if you don't have proxies, but budget for them when you compare plans.
Unlimited plan: $2,999 per month
Unlimited covers as many senders as you need up to a fair-use cap of 300. Above 300 you contact support. It adds 3,000 enrichment credits, done-for-you migration from another tool, priority support, and extra white-label brands as a $500 add-on each.
At full use, 300 senders on the monthly price works out to about $10 per sender. Few teams outside large agencies get anywhere near that.
Which plan is cheaper for your number of senders
The Agency plan becomes cheaper than Growth at 13 senders. On monthly billing, 12 Growth senders cost $948 and 13 cost $1,027, against $999 for Agency. On yearly billing the crossover is also 13 senders: 13 × $63 is $819 per month, against $799 for Agency.
| Senders | Growth, monthly | Growth, yearly (per month) | Agency, monthly | Agency, yearly (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $79 | $63 | $999 | $799 |
| 5 | $395 | $315 | $999 | $799 |
| 10 | $790 | $630 | $999 | $799 |
| 13 | $1,027 | $819 | $999 | $799 |
| 25 | $1,975 | $1,575 | $999 | $799 |
The table leaves out proxies. Growth includes one per sender, while Agency expects you to bring your own, so add your proxy cost per sender to the Agency column before you switch.
Costs that aren't on the pricing page
- LinkedIn seats. HeyReach automates LinkedIn accounts you already have. If your senders run on Sales Navigator, you pay LinkedIn for those seats separately.
- Email sending. HeyReach does not send email itself. Multichannel campaigns run through Instantly or Smartlead, which have their own subscriptions and need separate sending domains.
- More enrichment credits. The included credits are a one-time allocation. Teams that find emails inside HeyReach every month will need top-ups.
- Proxies on Agency and Unlimited. As above, these plans expect your own.
- Account risk. Any LinkedIn automation carries some risk of restrictions. Staying under LinkedIn's limits matters more than which tool you use. Our guides on connection request limits and avoiding LinkedIn account restrictions cover the numbers.

Which HeyReach plan should you choose?
- A founder or a small sales team (1 to 5 accounts): Growth, on monthly billing until you know the channel works for you. Switch to yearly once it does.
- A growing team (6 to 12 accounts): Growth is still cheaper, and the included proxies keep setup simple.
- 13 to 25 accounts, or an agency running client accounts: Agency, once you have priced your own proxies. White-labeling makes it the default for agencies.
- Large agencies with dozens of client accounts: Unlimited, when you would otherwise run two or more Agency plans.
Is HeyReach worth the price?
HeyReach is worth paying for when LinkedIn is already producing replies and the limit is how many accounts one person can run by hand. It will not fix a channel that isn't working. If acceptance and reply rates are low, the problem is usually targeting, the profile, or the message, and adding senders sends more of the same.
The tool is one part of the cost. Results depend more on what goes through it: the profile each sender shows, the content that makes a prospect accept, and the messages that earn a reply. Prospects check the sender's profile and recent posts before they accept, so the content side decides how well every paid seat performs. If you want that built for you, that is what KomsGro's B2B LinkedIn content creation agency does.
